After installing the app, only stuck on initial loading screen. Already for 15 mins. And that's in a house with stable WiFi and 250mb speed.

After an Android update the app works again, but the search engine still misses a lot of things.
Used to be good but now every time I try to click on the new arrivals it shows UNFORTUNATELY SOMETHING WENT WRONG .PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER and its been week I am still trying on the app . But now I give up and use website.
Hi from Belgium. I used to like this app a lot, was userfriendly and always easy to find what I look for...until one day I was not able to pay via my bank app anymore. I tried to uninstall the app and reinstalled it but the issue was not solved...
At the moment I can't order anything via app/ipad or laptop. It keeps bringing up my personal details saying they should be updated but they are correct! Please fix this.
The app is not user friendly. I prefer to use the website. Unfortunately even there the option for suggested size is not available any more.
Przestańcie psuć już tę aplikację. W zakładce Sale brakuje wielu kategorii, np. nie ma swetrów, spodni. Bardzo żałuję, że aktualizuję ten bubel na bieżąco!!!!!
How inexcusably racists are you. While choosing country, in Germany you can't even pick ENGLISH. How difficult is it to provide English. SERIOUSLY. If you don't want foreigners as your customers, fine. We will not be.
